Description:
UI English (USA) language Not available for download which causes update
issues. Cannot update software.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Download Latest software 6.2.0.3
2. Click check for updates
3. Says update failed. if you look at the reason, it says UI language USA not
found. There is no USA English UI language to download.
Actual Results:
Nothing. still failed
Expected Results:
it should have not failed and checked for updates
Reproducible: Always

Error reading data from the Internet.

The LibreOffice built-in help for current UI language (English (USA)) is not
installed on your computer.-- THIS UI Language is not available to download.
