The latest is NOT "6.2.0.3" - that old version is from 2019. The latest version that you refer to is 26.2.0.3. 2. The "no English (US) help" message has nothing to do with updater problem. It just shows you, when you click Help, that local help is not installed, and suggests you to see the help online. 3.
