text file containing duplicate heading and title styles in English and German

This frequently happens for me, too.

The problem does not originate in Libreoffice but when someone modifies the
file using Microsoft Word.

If a collaborator opens and edits the document with MS Office, then Microsoft
Word adds heading and title styles (and probably others) that are in use with
their localized name. It is not necessary that the MS Office user modify text
that is assigned to one of those styles.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Using LibreOffice in an English locale, create a new Document 'test.odt'.
2. Insert a paragraph 'Title' and format it with the 'Title' style.
3. Insert a paragraph 'Heading 1'and format it with the 'Heading 1' style.
4. Insert a paragraph 'Default text'
5. Save the file.
6. On a different PC with locale de-DE, open the file test.odt with Microsoft
Office (I tried this with MS Office Professional 2021)
7. Make a modification to default text
8. Save the file.
9. Open the file in LibreOffice on the English locale.

The file will now contain additional styles with localized names 'Titel' (for
'Title') and 'Überschrift 1' for 'Heading 1'.
The first paragraph is no longer formatted as 'Title' but as 'Titel'
The second paragraph is no longer formatted as 'Heading 1' but as 'Überschrift
1'

'Title' and 'Heading 1' styles are still available in the menu bar.

This then leads to a mixture of 'Heading x' and 'Überschrift x' in the
document.
