Description:
Changing dialog properties may cause the form to become invisible or
unresponsive.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open new Calc.
2. Create new dialog.
3. Open Basic-IDE.
4. Select the dialog form.
5. Change Scrollbars status to some one.

Actual Results:
6. Dialog form disappears.

Expected Results:
6. Dialog form appears.


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:

Repeating this operation several times may cause the IDE to become
unresponsive.

This phenomenon also occurs when modifying the properties of a combo box.
(Align, Borders and Dropdown ...  property)
