            Bug ID: 170997
Summary: Cell fill does not work
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 24.2.7.2 release
          Hardware: All
                OS: Linux (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Calc
          Assignee: [email protected]

Description:
FORMATTING
When I try to use the Fill option to color cells, no change in the CELL
appearance occurs- the cell does not change color. After changing a cell
color- if I reselect the cell and view formatting for it, it DOES SHOW the
formatting change in the dialogue box, but the cell itself never appears to
change color.
Version: 24.2.7.2 (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 420(Build:2)
CPU threads: 4; OS: Linux 6.8; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3
Locale: en-US (en_US.UTF-8); UI: en-US
Ubuntu package version: 4:24.2.7-0ubuntu0.24.04.4
Calc: threaded

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Select any cell
2.Select the Fill tool to change the background color of the cell
3.

Actual Results:
Cell might reflect color once one is picked (and the cell continues to be in
focus), but formatting disappears after another cell is chosen.

Expected Results:
Cell should remain the color of the last selected fill

Reproducible: Always
