Open Writer with French UI, add some text, mark part of first work and apply
Heading to get inline heading.
Expected is heading in line, experienced vertical frame.
I still see it in 26.8+.
This was good in 25.2+ bibisect repo since:

Not clear why crash was happening in 25.8 oldest when it was supposed to
contain László's fix.
