editing a docx file.
I used to load styles from some sample files by going to the Styles sidebar,
click on Styles action, select Load Styles from Template, check all boxes in
the lower part of it, then From File and then select a file which has all the
styles which I often apply.
This does not work for editing docx files. I don't know if it worked before in
any previous version of LO Writer in this special constellation of editing docs
files.
For example: in the file, from which I imported the paragraph style
"Preformatted Text", its font was Free Mono. In the definition of the target
document, into which I imported this style, its font still is Liberation Mono
which was the style previously in the file.
When I export the docx file to an odt file and open it in order to edit it,
importing the whole style sheet from the other file works as expected.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.open a docx file
2.import style definitions from another odt file whose styles you are familiar
with
3.check if the imported style definitions coincide with those from where tey
were imported
Actual Results:
imported style definitions which are different in the file, from which they
were imported, don't replace what they were before, e.g. the font may differ.
Expected Results:
I expect the imported styles to replace the former styles definitions with the
same name.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
