To be fair, the keyboard shortcuts don't work exactly like using the Navigator.
When I use the Navigator, the top of the page is always neatly lined up with
the top of the canvas area, but using the shortcut keys I get like a
half-and-half view of two pages. I could see the half-and-half view having
benefits for some user workflows, though.
