Right Alt+PgUp/PgDn - does nothing
Left Alt+PgUp/PgDn - does nothing
Ctrl+Up/Down - does nothing
Right Alt+Up/Down - does nothing
Left Alt+Up/Down - does nothing
Fn+PgUp/PgDn - does nothing
Fn+Up/Down - changes sound volume

USB keyboard:

Ctrl+Up (morphed with PgUp)/Down (morphed with PgDn) - does nothing
Right Alt+Up (morphed with PgUp)/Down (morphed with PgDn) - does nothing
Left Alt+Up (morphed with PgUp)/Down (morphed with PgDn) - does nothing
Fn+Up (morphed with PgUp)/Down (morphed with PgDn) - performs scrolling
