If you run a query, then edit one of the rows in the query results, then click
the button to rerun the query without either first clicking the save button for
your changes or clicking on a different row, your changes are silently lost.
Either the run query button should be greyed out when there are unsaved
changes, or you should get a warning popup about unsaved changes and have the
opportunity to cancel the query rerun so that you can save them.
