Bug won't appear in the situation you have written in the description. There is no possibility to press "Run Query". It will be executed when opening and could be set to "Refresh". So: Close this bug as worksforme, open a new bug for the behavior when editing the query in GUI or SQL and "Run Query" (would be the same buggy behavior).
