--- Comment #5 from ady <[email protected]> --- (In reply to Heiko Tietze from comment #4) > My take is yes to both. Ady, what do you think? Please do not change the default keyboard shortcut. Please leave those experiments to advance users. The goal of the request is to ease the learning curve about array formulas. Additionally, LO already has enough problems with keyboard shortcuts that either never worked as documented, or change because of some almost-random reason. Changing an already-known keyboard shortcut has to have a very good reason; this is not the case. Changing the keyboard shortcut can be even counter-productive for the purpose of this request (easier learning curve). Please add the menu entry as requested in comment 0, and if possibly please improve the label / hint being used for the keyboard shortcut in order to indicate that the "/" is the one from the numeric keypad (and similarly, for the already existing menu entry that uses the "*" from the numeric keypad). ATM I am not sure how an improved hint (about the keypad) would / should look like. Anyway, IMHO that part of the request should not "indefinitely" delay the addition of the menu entry itself. If someone comes up with a good way to improve the label / hint about the keyboard shortcuts (for "/" and for "*") before the release of LO 26.8, great. If not, then please add the menu entry with the traditional "Ctrl+/" label, so it can be available for LO 26.8 (i.e. the next major release), if possible. TIA. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
