            Bug ID: 171404
Summary: CALC FILESAVE: Saving a workbook in .ODS format takes
several minutes, whereas saving the same workbook in
.XLSX format takes the usual amount of time.
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 26.2.1.2 release
          Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
                OS: Windows (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Calc
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Description:
I work in a large .ODS workbook with about 25 sheets, each containing fewer
than 200 rows and 30 columns. There are a lot of calculations, including
formulas that look up values on other sheets in the same workbook (VLOOKUP).

When I try to save, even if I haven’t made any changes, CALC takes several
minutes (around 5 minutes) to save and freezes the entire time!
However, if I save my workbook as an .XLSX file, CALC saves normally (in just a
few seconds).

Additionally, every 10 minutes, whenever automatic recovery information is
saved, CALC also takes several minutes to complete this save.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open the workbook from Windows Explorer or via LibreOffice.
2.Work on the workbook, or not.
3.Save (Ctrl + S).

Actual Results:
CALC freezes for several minutes (about 5 minutes) until the save is completed.

Expected Results:
The save should normally only take a few seconds.

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:
This happens if the workbook is in .ODS format.
Fortunately (possible workaround), there is no problem if the same workbook is
in .XLSX format.
