After deleting the thousands of duplicate rows in Menu > Data > Consolidate,
the thousands of rows reappeared.

I went to Menu/Data/Consolidate. It took CALC several minutes to open the small
window for this submenu!
Sure enough, the consolidation range contains thousands of duplicate rows!
I didn’t put those thousands of rows in the consolidation range. Neither I nor
any other human being did.

I selected from the first row to the last.
Then I clicked the “Delete” button. CALC took several minutes to complete this
deletion!
I also deleted the value in “Source data range” as well as the one in “Copy
result to.”

Next, I saved the workbook by clicking the “Save” button (Ctrl + S). CALC took
several minutes to save it!

Finally, I went back to Menu/Data/Consolidate. It took CALC several minutes to
open the small window for this submenu!
Unfortunately, the consolidation range once again contains thousands of
duplicate rows!
Of course, I didn’t put those thousands of rows back into the consolidation
range myself.
