When using the function wizard, the incorrect text is displayed when hovering
over a function. Note the correct text is displayed in the box to the right.
To reproduce: (specific example, applies to many)
1. Open new spreadsheet
2. In a cell enter "="
3. Open function wizard
4. In category select Math.
5. Scroll down list of functions to COUNTIF.
6. Pop up text refers to absolute value and not counting cells as expected.
