            Bug ID: 171426
Summary: Ctrl++ does not insert a cell in LibreOffice Calc
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: unspecified
          Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
                OS: Windows (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: minor
          Priority: medium
         Component: Calc
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Description:
The keyboard shortcut Ctrl++ does not work as expected. It is to insert a cell
(or a row, if the row is highlighted).
ps: Ctrl+- does delete the cell (or a row, if the row is highlighted).

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Select a cell (or an entire row)
2.Press Ctrl and + together
3.Check if a cell (or an entire row) is inserted

Actual Results:
There is no cell (or row) inserted

Expected Results:
Nothing

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:
Should have inserted a cell or prompted a pop-up for making the next choice -
Shift cell down, Shift cell right, insert row above, insert row below.

The action can however be completed by using the Sheet --> Insert Cells... menu
