Can you try making a file, then lock it when exporting the PDF please? This is where the bug is. Thanks for checking extra software. I opened a locked PDF in Firefox but couldn't see a way to check if the file was locked. In Adobe Acrobat, the Document Restrictions Summary shows you if a file is locked. Adobe Acrobat > Menu > Document Properties. None of the files I made in Calc show Not Allowed in the restrictions area. The files are unlocked.
