Each paragraph style has an 'embedded' character style - the default character
style for that paragraph. It is editable as part of the (named) Paragraph Style
editing dialog. However - the Character Style border-related properties are
_not_ editable in that dialog - only the paragraph-level border properties can
be edited in it.
While I appreciate the desire not to confuse users with two kinds of borders,
having similar editing dialogs - that _is_ an aspect of the PS and users need
to be able to edit it. So, I believe we should allow such editing somehow.
