If I add a comment under Track Changes, or remove a comment under Track
Changes, the comment body's context menu, as well as the drop-down menu under
the arrow button on the comment, do not have an "Accept Change" and "Reject
Change" entries for removing the comment, or removing the X mark-for-deletion
from the comment. These menus _should_ have those items.
