My OS is Zorin 18 Pro. I am not sure of the hardware version.
Difficulty pasting copied images into Libre
Office Writer tables. Creating a new document with a table and pasting images
is not so bad. However, resizing an image with a table cell turns impossible
when the image pastes over the table instead of within a cell. After that,
copying and pasting image from another file into a table cell is impossible.
This process is easier if beginning with a DOCX document and pasting images
into table cells and saving to an ODT file. However, resizing images in cells
causes them to paste over the table and not into a cell. The problem worsens
when starting out with a template document in OTT format and saving it in ODT
format. Contact me by email and I will send example documents.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Produce the problem in the Description using a freshly created ODT document.
2.Producer the problem starting with a DOCX document
3.Produce the problem starting with an OTT document.
Actual Results:
Images paste over a table instead of within a table cell.
Expected Results:
Images should paste within table cells and they should be able to be resized
and remain with table cells instead of over the table.
