The MAR styled incremental updates are targeted builds released by the TDF
LibreOffice infra team. Controlled on your system by the 'Enable automatic
update' checkbox on Tools -> Options -> Online Updates panel. Meanwhile, your
system will poll the update server, but nothing will be pushed back to your
system until the infra team triggers build the MAR packaging and patches are
pushed out based on matching the build signature they are intended for. An
older install could receive multiple MAR patches in sequence.

That said, a MAR patch to move from 26.2.1 and 26.2.2 would not be generated
yet. And probably no forced update until the 26.2.4.2 build is released (that
is at discretion of the infra/release engineering team).

Probably best that to remain current, one should continue to grab the full MSI
based installer packages and install the builds each month as they are
published.
