First the system and config of the two screens:

OS: Fedora Linux 43 with KDE Frameworks 6.23.0
primary screen: 15" (Dell laptop) 1920x1080 16:9 120% scaling
external monitor: 27" (Dell) 2560x1440 16:9 100% scaling

This is where the issue occurred and attached screenshots show the issue.

After trying multiple options below are few findings:
1. LibreOffice UI works fine when both monitors/screens are at 100% scaling.
2. Issues arise when the scaling is different in the 2 screens.
3. If primary scaling is at 120% and secondary at 100% then the UI (save
window) doesn't show buttons as per the screenshots.
4. If primary scaling is at 100% and secondary is at 120% then the UI (save
window) shows the buttons but the UI is disproportionate.
5. If both primary and secondary are at 120% (what I tried) then the UI is
usable but the UI become very small rather than getting bigger (that is what
should happen at 120% scaling, right?)
6. When the LibreOffice is open and display configurations are changed their UI
behave differently than when they are restarted after display config changes.

I am going to attach another screenshot for #4 above. With respect to the
question on launching it directly on the secondary screen, I don't it is
possible unless I duplicate the primary screen on secondary but then it will
entirely defeat the user purpose of having another screen.

It might be a duplicate of another bug that you have mentioned but I am not
that technical person to decide on that so I leave that to the experts.

Thank you for your kind consideration.
