Description:
Can you guys please address this long-standing issue with the theming system?
The theming system will mix light theme menus with dark theme menu text. This
is kind of difficult to address in the app, because to fix it, you have to use
the menus, which are the problem. The fact that this isn't fixed makes all of
the dark themes useless.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set the theme in the editor to a dark theme to work in dark mode
2. Wait for daytime.
3. Relaunch. Menus are white text against light background. Unreadable

Expected Results:
Readable. Theme elements sync properly to the theme in the app, and app theme
syncs to the desktop theme. Make the app theme-aware in Windows. Probably easy
to solve with AI
