If you want to add a space after a bulleted paragraph you press enter once to change to the next line and twice to turn the bullets turn off and then if you hit enter again you add a space but you have to enable bullets again to continue with bullets. It is better than before where bullets where presented in empty spaces but I still prefer the Microsoft Office greyed bullet system in a blank space that keeps you with the bullets all the time. If it can not be done like the way Microsoft PowerPoint works, it is a pity but I agree that now works better than before (when bullets were left on empty spaces.
