Description:
I have this format ### ### ### ##0.00
Then when I click the button on the toolbar for adding/removing decimal places,
the format changes to something different without spacing.
The original format has to be preserved, not replaced with some default.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Number format: ### ### ### ##0.00
2. Click on "Delete decimal place" or similar
3. See format change
Actual Results:
0000000000.0
Expected Results:
0 000 000 000.0
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
