I created a new text document (without any model) as .rtf
(Finnish word "Otsikko" is Heading)
- Headings 1-5 were used in default values
- when I looked Heading numbering,
all levels were assigned a Chapter style (as default)
File: TOC test - New doc rtf - Heading numb OK BEFORE saving

I saved the document,
and read it for update:
- in Heading numbering there were no Chapter styles assigned for levels 1-5,
which I have used before
- but TOC creation was successful

I saved the document,
and read it for update
- I maked a change, and updated TOC successfully, even as Chapter style
assigning was still missing in Heading numbering

I saved the document,
and read it for update
- I changed Heading 1 font to Times New Romain
- after that I tried to update TOC - contents were disappeared
