Alternative procedure:

1. Go to cell A1 (or to any column, row 1), usually with [CTRL]+[HOME]

2. Select row: [SHIFT]+[space_bar]

3. Add one new row: [CTRL]+[+] once

4. Keep adding new rows: maintain (hold) pressed the same combination of keys
[CTRL]+[+]

So, adding 100 new rows takes a few seconds, less time than it took me to write
this comment.

Additionally, in recent (dev) versions of Calc, with the "Insert..." context
menu entry (that is part of the context menu of a cell, which is different than
the context menu of the _entire_ row), you already have the possibility of
specifying how many _entire_ rows or _entire_ columns to insert.

Therefore, this is report can be considered as a duplicate of the report where
that context menu feature was added, or a simple WFM already.
