V Stuart Foote <[email protected]> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- CC| |[email protected] Status|UNCONFIRMED |NEEDINFO Ever confirmed|0 |1 --- Comment #3 from V Stuart Foote <[email protected]> --- Can not reproduce. The menu and keyboard shortcut for "Edit Mode" toggle,.uno:EditDoc, will not function when a document has any edits pending without first prompting user to save. Same warnings as the Close menu/button, .uno:CloseDoc, or Close Window, .uno:CloseWin commands. Not sure what keycombo you might have hit, but none of the other obvious commands have existing keyboard shortcuts, e.g. Read Only Mode (.uno:ReadOnlyDoc) or Open in Design Mode (.uno:OpenReadOnly) but I did not dig into their function or applicability to a Writer module session. The existing UNO are suited to task, with sufficient user warning. But, I can agree that no key combo should expunge user edits without warning and user's explicit acceptance--but as we have no idea how you did this, issue currently is non-actionable. If you figure out steps to reproduce, please post. Otherwise => Insufficient Data. =-testing-= Version: 26.2.3.2 (X86_64) Build ID: 70e089b17412e4cb7773e41413306b17a2328c34 CPU threads: 8; OS: Windows 11 X86_64 (build 26100); UI render: Skia/Vulkan; VCL: win Locale: en-US (en_US); UI: en-US Calc: threaded -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
