Description:
In the Design tab for Impress using the Tabbed UI the sub category "Color
Theme" uses a vertical scroll bar to navigate the selection of themes. This is
not optimal in such a limited amount of vertical space.
I propose that this item be reworked to display the themes horizontally, there
is currently only one sub category with ample empty space that can be utilised
for this purpose. This will provide a better user experience with less clicking
to choose an appropriate theme.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Impress
2. Switch to the Tabbed UI
3. Navigate to the Design Tab
Actual Results:
The Color Theme selection tool uses a vertical navigation mechanism that limits
the display of the themes.
Expected Results:
The |Vertical navigation tool is reworked to display the themes horizontally,
this will make better use of the available free space.

Additional Info:
This will be a tangible improvement to users of the Tabbed UI, it will reduce
unnecessary scrolling and display more useful themes by default in an area that
is currently not being used for anything.
