V Stuart Foote <[email protected]> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ever confirmed|0 |1 CC| |[email protected] Status|UNCONFIRMED |NEEDINFO --- Comment #4 from V Stuart Foote <[email protected]> --- (In reply to roadsideyard.ohi from comment #3) > I tried repairing the registry and creating a system image, but the software > still wouldn't start. On a system with two active GPUs, problem with LibreOffice not starting could be one GPU or the other is choking on the skia / Vulkan testing. Could you run the command "vulkaninfo.exe" from a command prompt, and list the details for the section: "VkPhysicalDeviceProperties" for each of the GPUs, GPU0 and GPU1. Also, you could try launching with one, or the other, GPU actually *disabled* in system BIOS or via the Windows system display device controls. If one runs LibreOffice, but the other doesn't, the driver details from the vulkaninfo.exe will let us investigate further and maybe adjust the deny list tests for one or both of your GPUS. Also, the GPU used for LibreOffice could be adjusted in your nVidia Optimus UI, you might check switching with that, rather than using system BIOS, or the Windows 11 system display device controls. Plenty of guidance for doing so on Google search. Thank you. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
