With updated drivers, are you able to work with the Vulkan accelerated rendering? Perhaps by setting the 'ForceSkiaRaster' stanza in the registrymodifications.xcu profile back to its default "false" value and retesting system with the updated drivers. And if you would again post the GPU details from running the "vulkaninfo.exe" command. If the driver update has resolved issues of launching for you, we would make use of that information to advise folks similarly affected.
