Well

1. If it's a good choice, why is it not the default choice on the Styles
sidebar? Or, in fact, any combination of the filters on the sidebar?
2. Why do we offer less styles than would match the length of our longer menus?
Or rather - what determines the length cap? Noticing that we could, for
example, add Heading 5 and not stop at 4.
3. The styles "Index" and "Caption" are "structural": Paragraphs in the Index
and in caption areas get these applied automatically where relevant. Why would
the user want to apply these manually? When outside of an Index and not in an
image's caption?
4. I doubt the usefulness of the 'List' style. I also don't really see the
difference between "List" and "Text Body" when applying them.
