Yes, the Intel UHD 630 for sure. Noticed the nVidia was still using the same
Vulkan driver.

Guess the real question might be why the 'ForceSkiaRendering' was not reset to
"true" following a start up glitch. We'd need more detailed debugging stack
trace info to be able to figure that out--but for now I believe no further
action for this issue as it is working for you.

@Julien, not worth a denylist entry as that driver for the Intel UHD 630 was
really just too old--very unlikely someone is running it natively. And only an
issue when multiple GPUs are present but not both getting Windows driver
updates. Suspect that was the case here.
