Description:
When in create report phase of report wizard if you choose "static report"
instead of "dymanic report" the text below dynamic report disappear.

1. Create a database and a table
2. Open report wizard and move to step 6 "create report"
3. Click on "Static report"
Actual Results:
the text below dynamic report disappear
