[Bug 172573] Writer - (docx) Regenerating/updating an existing index immediately forces the page number to a second line, even when the structure is stripped down to just E, T, # and the tab stop is set to "Align Right".

I converted the .docx file back to .odt, but something is corrupted as it would
not change the index back to the original.
