--- Comment #4 from John Louis <[email protected]> --- Created attachment 207733 --> https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/attachment.cgi?id=207733&action=edit Screen recording demonstrating resize jitter with Skia/Metal on macOS 26.5.2 Patrick, Thank you for the suggestion. I performed the requested test using LibreOffice 26.2.4.2 (AARCH64) on macOS 26.5.2 with: UI render: Skia/Metal VCL: osx I opened a new blank Calc document and resized the window to approximately 5 cm × 5 cm (and even smaller), then repeatedly resized it while keeping the window small. I did not observe any noticeable improvement. The resize jitter remained present regardless of the window size, including windows significantly smaller than the requested test size. The jitter occurs only while the window is actively being resized. As soon as I stop moving the mouse and release the resize operation, the display immediately becomes stable with no observable lag. Since filing the original report, I have also updated macOS from 26.5.1 to 26.5.2. The behavior remains unchanged. I have attached a short screen recording showing: LibreOffice version information Graphics settings UI renderer (Skia/Metal) The resize behavior while resizing a blank Calc document from very small to nearly full-screen -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
