I opened the attached xlsx file with Excel, and here is what happens : the multiline cell is treated as an hyperlink, whose text is the whole content, the link itself being limited to the expected link. So the bug is probably not an XLSX EXPORT bug, but an IMPORT bug. While importing a cell containing a link, LO should better treat the content.
