I use footnotes instead of in-line citations because (1) it makes it easier for me to keep track of my sources, (2) note how I'm using them, (3) fit entry names in certain sources, where page numbers and/or chapter numbers aren't available, and (4) fit multiple chapter numbers, where they vary between editions. I use footnotes instead of endnotes because (1) it makes it easier to compare my notes with my footnotes, (2) it makes it easier to print and proofread *part* of my notes, and (3) if I hit the wrong spot while writing my notes, and accidentally end up in the footnotes again yet again, it's easier to find my way back to the relevant notes. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
