type "alignment" into the search box.
A drop-down (see screenshot) shows several choices, two of which are
alignment - cell
alignment - sidebar
However *both* of them go to the same thing, which describes a properties
sidebar, which is not (exactly) what the user sees when doing
rightclick->Format Cells -> Alignment.
I'm guessing the "alignment - cell" link got replaced by the other link
somewhere.
