Comparison between Word and LibreOffice

In legal documents, it is often necessary to extend beyond the top and left
page margins —specifically on the first page— to include case details.

This is very easy to do in Word: you simply adjust the margins.

In LibreOffice Writer, however, it is impossible because the program does not
allow for negative paragraph positioning outside the margins.

If you create a Section, you can shift the margin left or right, but not up or
down.

And even if that were possible, it seems you still wouldn't be able to extend
beyond the page margins using negative values.

I have attached two images comparing how Word and LibreOffice handle this to
better illustrate the problem.

I have asked for help and spent considerable time looking for solutions
proposed by others (videos, websites, AI, etc.), but I think that no solution
exists.

I believe, therefore, that it would be worthwhile to find a solution.

Thank you.

And please excuse me if I have misunderstood anything.
