Example tint of conditional PivotTable tabs in Microsoft Excel
In Microsoft Excel, conditionally-visible tabs are indicated with a 'tint' to
the tab color. This is useful in shaping the user's perception of them.
AFAICT, this capability is not currently supported with our Notebookbar-Tabbed,
even though we are considering having some tabs appear only conditionally (see
bug 173122 and its blockers). Let us add this capability at least; and
possibly, default to contextually-visible tabs having such a distinguishing
tint.
