Description:
Inserted dynamic array should have some border like it has in Excel
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a file from attach
2. Select E1 cell and type there a formula =A1:C5 -> it inserts a dynamic array
3. But you can't see it's the dynamic array because you don't see any border
around it like in Excel
Actual Results:
The dynamic array has no any border around
Expected Results:
The dynamic array has some border around like in Excel
