Description:
If I select some text to copy outside LibreOffice and, before pasting it, I
close LibreOffice completely, the Windows clipboard is cleared.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. I open a Writer document.
2. I select some text.
3. I copy it.
4. I close LibreOffice.
5. I try to paste the text somewhere: there's nothing to paste.
Actual Results:
The contents of the text I've copied is cleared from the Windows clipboard.
Expected Results:
The contents of the text I've copied should stay available in the Windows
clipboard.

User Profile Reset: Yes
Additional Info:
1. It happens in Calc as well, for example.
2. I've asked Gemini, which suggests completely disabling Skia, but this option
isn't available to me.
3. LibreOffice 26.2.4 seems to work fine.
