Need better Steps to Reproduce. The "Windows Clipboard User Interface" (Windows key + v launch) retains its history of clips as LibreOffice 26.8.0.3 is closed after a writer session. No mix of LibreOffice actions clears it, only its internal "Clear all" button does that reliably. On close of LibreOffice, the clipboard history remains available to different windows app frames, and each "record" on the history (which is built into the DWM shell) can be selected active and then pasted as needed, including into subsequent LO sessions.
