Description:
In Writer when the system has a high DPI (4k, 225% scaled as an example), the
Styles Gallery on the tabbed toolbar is small to the point of unusable.
I have tested on multiple PCs and found another forum post of a user with the
same issue:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use high res display
2. Scale up display (example 4k to 225% scaling)
3. Launch Libreofficer Writer
4. Set to Tabbed View
5. Observe
Actual Results:
Styles Gallery is extremely small and none of the styles are visible.
Expected Results:
Gallery is full size, taking up empty room in the toolbar like it does at 100%
scaling.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
