Probably - none, because whatever is the default should remain the default (and the default should be direction-neutral, e.g. Start.) * extra margins and indents specified as 0 * `draw:auto-grow-height="true"` specified in some "presentation" styles * an additional paragraph style is created * the two paragraph styles have subelements not appearing in the original single paragraph style: `<style:text-properties fo:font-size="32pt"/>` and `<loext:graphic-properties draw:fill-color="#ffffff"/>` * The location in the file of the six (!) <draw:page-thumbnail> objects is different * The second paragraph style is used for a <draw:frame> placeholder object.
