Then I guess it falls into "if we want to prevent users doing stupid things" policy. I don't know what policy LibreOffice applies. IMO, it should be user's decision (and responsibility). But if the policy is NOT to let users do it ("NEVER a good idea" you say), that's fine. Only that, it shows "Search key replaced 3 times", but actually none of them were replaced.
