I struggle with the examples too but agree with Franklin on the total freedom
for the users. The workflow is very special and requires some expertise and
undoing is always possible.

This is clearly a bug, and preventing to Replace All would be a band-aid. Last
but not least how could be define the scenario when RA should be disabled?
