Description:
In LibreOffice Impress, when using the "Tabbed" Notebookbar UI variant, the
"Group" command (grouping selected objects) is missing from both the Home tab
and the Layout tab. It is also missing from the classic "Drawing" toolbar.
However, the command is present under Layout in all three "Compact" Notebookbar
variants (Tabbed Compact, Groupedbar Compact, Contextual Groups Compact).
This creates an inconsistency where a frequently used command is accessible in
the compact UI variants but not in their non-compact counterparts, making it
hard to discover for users who rely on the Tabbed or Groupedbar layout.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Impress.
Go to View → User Interface, select "Tabbed".
Insert or select two or more objects on a slide.
Look for a "Group" command in the Home tab → not present.
Look for a "Group" command in the Layout tab → not present.
Check the classic "Drawing" toolbar (View → Toolbars → Drawing) → "Group" is
not present there either.
Now switch to View → User Interface → "Tabbed Compact" (or "Groupedbar Compact"
/ "Contextual Groups Compact") and check the Layout tab → "Group" is present.

Actual Results:
The "Group" command is not available in the Home or Layout tab of the
non-compact Tabbed Notebookbar, nor in the Drawing toolbar.
Expected Results:
"Group" should be consistently available across all Notebookbar variants
(compact and non-compact), ideally in the same tab (Layout), matching its
presence in the compact variants.
