(.doc, .docx, .odt) Also, could you upload a small demo file in the same format you are working on, and tell us some steps in order to test the results? Please no personal data in it, just a demo file created from your document, that can reproduce the bug. Also, when inserting an image, can you check what anchor the image you inserted have?
